FAQs

1. Are all sandals handmade?

Yes! I lovingly handcraft every single pair myself here at Sarah's Sandals. From cutting the straps to shaping the footbeds and adding the finishing touches, each pair is truly one of a kind. I pour my care, patience, and attention to detail into every step.

2. What materials do you use?

I use only premium, ethically sourced materials, like genuine leather, soft suede, durable woven straps, cushioned footbeds, and quality hardware. I choose each material carefully for its comfort, strength, and the graceful way it ages and molds to your feet over time.

3. Are the sandals limited edition?

They are. Since I make every pair by hand in small batches, most styles are available only in limited quantities and sizes. Once a design is gone, I may not bring it back, so if you fall in love with a pair, don't wait too long!

4. Do you accept custom orders?

As I'm currently preparing for retirement, I'm no longer able to take on custom or made-to-order requests. But I invite you to browse the final collection while it's still available.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the U.S. If that ever changes, I'll update this section and let everyone know through my newsletter.

6. What are your shipping times?

I usually process orders within 2–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on where you live. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your sandals are on their way.

7. What is your return policy?

Because each pair is handmade in limited quantities, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, I'll make sure to set things right.

8. Can I still shop after your retirement announcement?

Yes, you can, but only while supplies last. Sarah's Sandals is winding down, so I encourage you to take a look at the final pieces before they're gone for good.
